Career Development for Professional Linemen

• Pre-Requisite:  Journeyman Lineman Certification (or equivalency)

Curriculum:

• Unit 1 – Supervisory Skills
• Unit 2 – Crew Safety Management
• Unit 3 – Crew Best Practices
• Unit 4 – Customer Relationships
• Unit 5 –  Safety Leadership Communications

Graduates Qualify to become:

• Crew Leaders
• Crew Foreman
• General Foreman of Multiple Crews
• Operations Supervisors

COURSE DURATION AND CLASS SIZE:  2 Days, per Unit.  Total of 9 days for the Course Series.  Maximum 20 students, per class.
