Senior Project Manager (based out of Boston, MA)

Will be responsible for coordinating multiple professional services customer project implementations of Aclara’s innovative SaaS products, while working collaboratively with other members of the Professional Services team, as well as product managers, engineering, and sales and account management to ensure project success.

Job Requirements: 

Require well demonstrated successes managing the delivery of multi-function technical services, managing project resources, and, working in a customer-facing role providing project management and support.  

Candidates must have demonstrated track record of developing senior level client relationships, experience with formalized software development methodologies, API’s/web services, business intelligence, and cloud environments, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills to be considered. 

Professional Services/Implementation projects, experience with client-facing activities: sales calls, business development, requirements gathering, project planning, risk assessment and mitigation, and progress meetings, and presentation and negotiation skills.  

Candidates must also be willing and able to travel up to 25%.
